Publishing Methods

1. Manual Publishing

Use the Publishing Panel on any content item to:

• Publish immediately
• Schedule for later
• Skip approval (if allowed)

2. Automatic Publishing

Content publishes automatically when:

• Brand setting require_approval is OFF
• Content reaches its scheduled slot time
• No manual intervention needed

3. With Approval

When require_approval is ON:

1. Content enters reviewing status
2. Approver reviews via email/dashboard
3. Upon approval → publishes at next slot
4. Rejection → returns to draft

Schedule Slots

Publishing times are determined by Schedule Slots (per profile):

• Configure at: Profiles → [Profile] → Schedule Slots
• Set specific days/times (e.g., Monday 9:00, Wednesday 14:30)
• Content publishes at next available slot

Publishing States

generating → reviewing → scheduled → publishing → published

Or with auto-publish: generating → scheduled → publishing → published

Quick Actions

• Publish Now: Bypass scheduling, publish immediately
• Skip Approval: Admin override for urgent content
• Bulk Publish: Select multiple items → Publish All

Requirements

• Active profile (not paused)
• Valid platform credentials
• Available schedule slot (or Publish Now)
• Approval (if required by brand)
